In short. We sell recurring subscriptions to software we build and run ourselves. You can cancel from inside your account at any time. We never hold your money, and we never give financial advice.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and T1M LLC, trading as Target1M (“we,” “us,” “our”), covering your use of our websites and of the software products we operate (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, starting a subscription or otherwise using the Services, you confirm you have read and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

An individual product may publish additional terms specific to it. Where those conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms govern that product.

2. Who we are

T1M LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (Wyoming SOS filing 2026-001903276), with its registered address at T1M LLC, 30 N Gould St #46732, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at admin@target1m.io or +1 (346) 245-6146.

3. What we provide

We build and operate our own software products and sell access to them on subscription. The products currently billed under these Terms are:

  • TraderSpy — a market analytics platform providing charting, multi-indicator confluence scoring, position tracking and configurable alerts.
  • Ravenpost — a social media scheduling and publishing tool that composes, schedules and publishes to networks you have connected and authorised.

What a subscription buys is access to the software, at the limits set by the plan you chose. It is not a bespoke development engagement, a consulting retainer, or a service delivered by people on your behalf.

4. Accounts

You need an account to subscribe. You agree to give accurate registration details, keep them current, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at admin@target1m.io if you believe it has been used without your authorisation.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. One person or organisation per account; do not share credentials with people outside your organisation or resell access without our written agreement.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in USD, in advance, on a monthly or annual interval that you choose at checkout.
  • Prices across our products currently run from $10 to $100 per month depending on the product and plan. The binding price is the one shown on that product’s checkout at the time you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until cancelled. The renewal date and amount are shown in your account’s billing screen and confirmed by email after each charge.
  • Payment is by card, processed by our third-party payment processor. We never receive or store full card numbers, CVC codes or banking credentials.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and shown separately.
  • If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and will email you. Where payment remains outstanding we may suspend or downgrade access after notice.
  • We may change plan prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice by email before a change takes effect on their renewal, and can cancel before it does.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The full policy is on our Pricing page and forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Cancel any time, from inside your account. Cancellation is self-serve in the billing screen. There is no notice period and no requirement to contact us first.
  • Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not remove access you already paid for.
  • First subscription, 14 days. If a product is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
  • Unintended renewals, 7 days. Tell us within 7 days of a renewal you did not mean to keep, before meaningful use of the new period, and we refund it.
  • Service failure. Where a product is materially unavailable or broken for a sustained period, we refund the affected portion without being asked.

Send refund requests to admin@target1m.io. We answer in writing within 5 business days, and approved refunds return to the original card, normally within 5–10 business days. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they apply to you, sit on top of this policy and are not reduced by it.

7. No financial advice

This section governs TraderSpy and any other product of ours that presents market data.

Analytics, indicators, scores, signals, alerts, position data and any other market content in the Services are informational only. They are general in nature, are not tailored to your circumstances, and are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any instrument.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, fund manager or financial institution, and we are not registered as any of those with any regulator. We do not execute trades, hold positions on your behalf, or take custody of any money or asset belonging to you.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Past performance of any indicator or strategy does not predict future results. Trading carries substantial risk including total loss of capital. Every decision you make is yours alone, and you should consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

8. Scope limits

For the avoidance of doubt, Target1M does not:

  • Sell, exchange, broker, mine or take custody of cryptocurrency or any other digital asset;
  • Hold, transmit or escrow money belonging to subscribers or anyone else;
  • Operate an exchange, wallet, payment service or money transmission business;
  • Manage assets, execute trades, or provide personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice;
  • Sell managed accounts, profit-sharing arrangements, or anything carrying a guaranteed or implied return; or
  • Sell one-off consulting, agency retainers or bespoke development. Every charge we take is a subscription to one of our own products.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Do anything unlawful in the jurisdictions where you operate;
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, or anything that breaches a connected network’s own rules, its API terms, or applicable anti-spam law;
  • Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or that impersonates another person or organisation;
  • Present our analytics as your own regulated advice, or resell our output as an investment service;
  • Scrape, mirror, resell or redistribute our data or output outside your own permitted use;
  • Reverse engineer the Services, circumvent rate limits or plan limits, or probe our systems without written authorisation; or
  • Breach applicable sanctions or anti-money-laundering law.

We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used this way, with immediate effect where the risk warrants it.

10. Connected accounts

Ravenpost and similar products act only on accounts you connect and authorise yourself, through each network’s official API. You confirm you are entitled to connect each account and to publish the content you schedule through it.

Those networks set their own rules and rate limits and may change, restrict or withdraw API access at any time. We are not responsible for a network suspending or restricting your account, nor for content failing to publish because of a change on their side. You can disconnect an account at any time from inside the product.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, and we may add, change or remove features as products evolve.

Where we discontinue a product or materially reduce a plan you are paying for, we give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of your subscription.

12. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, models, interfaces, data compilations, text and branding, remain ours and our licensors’. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose while the subscription is active. Nothing transfers ownership of anything to you.

13. Your content

You keep ownership of the content, posts, settings and data you put into the Services. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, transmit and display that content in order to operate the Services for you — for example, publishing a post you scheduled to a network you connected.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for its compliance with applicable law and with the rules of any network it is published to.

14. Third-party services

The Services depend on third parties — cloud hosting, payment processing, market data providers, model providers and social network APIs. Those are governed by their own terms, and we are not liable for their availability, accuracy, performance or acts. Our websites also link to external sites we do not control.

15. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that we will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We specifically do not warrant that any analytics, signal or indicator is accurate, complete, timely, or will produce any particular outcome.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business, goodwill or data, for trading or investment losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however arising.

Subject to the paragraph above and to Section 15, our total aggregate liability in connection with the Services — in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise — is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the Services, from content you published through them, from your breach of a connected network’s terms, or from your breach of these Terms — except to the extent the claim results from our own breach or negligence.

18. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from inside your account, and may ask us to delete your account entirely.

We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so. Where we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of your subscription.

On termination your right to use the Services ends. The sections on intellectual property, liability, indemnification and governing law survive.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Where a change materially affects your rights or your subscription, we give at least 30 days notice by email before it applies to you, and you may cancel before it does.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Where you are a consumer, any mandatory rights and forums available to you under the law of your country of residence are unaffected.

Before starting proceedings, please contact us — most issues are resolved faster by email than by anything else.
